ZR ZL90 Manual Sealless Combination Tools for Steel Strapping with Z-Lock reverse locking system

The only available manual sealless combination tools for 1-1/4" wide steel strapping. These tools come equipped with ZR Tools exclusive "Z-Lock" reverse locking system designed for the most demanding applications. It provides added protection against the loosening or unlocking of the sealless connection in either direction.

The ZL90 series tools are the latest in innovation, specifically designed for use with high tensile steel strapping and may be used with regular duty strapping for much improved durability. For use with strapping sizes from 1-1/4" x 0.025" to 1-1/4" x 0.031"

The proved patented design provides much improved seal join efficiency, while at the same time requiring 30 to 50% less effort compared with other tools in its category.

These tools ares designed for the strapping of concrete products, crates, lumber, metal products, palletized products as well as other products to be unitized with steel strapping.
